Day 98: Pizookie

I think it was someone's birthday when I first learned about a Pizookie - a cookie that is just large and round like a pizza. I am still unsure whether it's meant to be fully baked through and sliced up or just demolished by a group of people diving into a half-baked, gooey mess of chocolate chip cookie topped off with vanilla ice cream.

I've only experienced the latter - and tonight it was just a small pizookie shared with my parents. I'm not usually one for desserts, but this was amazing.
