Day 94: Fresh Air

Fresh air, clean water, sun shining, snow capped mountains, green trees, green grass making an appearance, cool, dry temperature... Today reminds me how much these small things can affect my mood and feelings of contentment.

At a whopping 47 degrees, I rolled my windows down, turned the music up, and threw on my sunglasses - and it was amazing.  Montana may not be the most hopping place to live, and definitely doesn't offer any of the opportunities of the large cities but Montana has fresh air - and for some, the freshest water.  I'm so thankful for these elements.  I'm thankful for the small town that exists in a dry climate where 47 degrees feels good with just one layer.

Sometimes I forget these blessings, but when I reminisce the stops along my travels and the places I've lived, I am grateful for the unique offerings of each location.

"Breathe. Let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure"
